Delivery Information
We prefer face-to-face delivery to our customers. We do not deliver to a PO Box. To ensure the safety and security of your order, our delivery people are instructed not to leave parcels unless someone is available to accept the delivery, or unless you have given us special instructions.
Please note that if special instructions are given, we are not able to accept responsibility for the security of the package. On your order form please specify a delivery address where you are confident that you will be present (eg, work) or where someone can accept the delivery on your behalf.
If you are not home at the time of your delivery, a card will be left stating that your order is available for pick up
Most common times for delivery to residential addresses are between 11:00 am and 3:00 pm, for business addresses, before 10:30 am.
