How we process your online order
Once your online order is received, one of our Customer Service Staff will call you to confirm your order and take your payment over the phone.
Please ensure you leave a phone number which you can be reached at during business hours.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Direct Deposit, bank cheque, money order, all charged in Australian dollars.

Direct Deposit: one of the easiest and most secure way to pay your orders is to directly deposit into our bank account. Simply choose "Direct Deposit" method on the checkout page, and you will receive a confirmation email together with our bank account details once you have submitted the order. After that please deposit the payment into our account, then notify us by email us with the details. We would then check with our bank for confirmation of the deposit and speed up the process.
