Returns / Exchange Policy

Please be advised that Workscene adheres very strictly to our return policy. 

We know that you will be happy with your Workscene purchase, however just in case something isn't what you expected, you have the following options.......

1. Exchanges: If you would like a different colour or size you can either

   phone us: on 02 8707 1555 mon-fri between 9am -5pm.
    

   We will arrange this for you as long as the items you want are available.

   The exchange item will be sent to you upon our receipt of the original
   purchase.
   
   

   The standard delivery charge will apply and be debited to your credit card for the exchanged item we send you.
   

    

2. Refunds: If you want to return any items .......

   You will be issued with a refund (minus shipping costs) on your credit card or direct deposit once we receive your returned item.

IN ORDER TO GUARANTEE A REFUND
We must receive the item(s) within 30 days from the day you recieve your purchase.
30 day return policy does not apply to provision of corporate uniforms. Term and conditions are outlined in each contract.
