Workscene has a no questions asked returns policy,  it will give you more shopping confidence. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return the item on your behalf to Workscene for a full refund within 90 days of purchase. EXCLUDING Biz Collection with a 20 day return period. Applies to online purchases only.

To Return an Item:

  1. Simply fill out the return form received in your parcel.
  2. Return the item(s) in their original condition for a full refund upon receipt on your behalf.

Items must be unworn and in their original condition with tags attached. Any items found to be worn or tags removed will not be accepted for an exchange/refund.

Delivery Times

Delivery times vary based on availability.

STOCK ITEMS - Expect delivery within 3-5 work days.

PRE-ORDER ITEMS - Expect delivery within 7-10 work days. ( Redback boots may take 21 working days)

Workscene does not sell used products. Your items must be returned in new and unused condition with all tags attached and in original condition. Shoes or boxed items will not be accepted for return without their original boxes intact and in original condition. (returns will not be accepted if postage stickers are stuck to the box) These boxes are considered part of the product. If your item shows any evidence of wear it will be returned to you and your refund voided. Please try on shoes or boots on a carpeted surface to ensure no damage occurs to the soles. Shoes showing signs of wear on the sole, or with a missing or damaged box, will not be accepted for return. 

Refunds
We will refund your purchase within 3-5 days of receiving the return.  Your refund will be issued through the same transaction method used to make the original purchase. If the product was ordered with a promotional voucher or coupon, we reserve the right to refund any amounts due to you by issuing you a voucher to the value of the order.

Faulty Products
Our Quality Control team try to ensure that all products are of a high quality when they leave the warehouse.  In the rare circumstance that your item has a defect, Simply email a photo to  This email address is being protected from spambots. We may also consult with the supplier and/or manufacturer. If the product is found to be faulty you will receive a full refund once the goods have been received back, and we'll arrange a Return Australia Post sticker.
